This e-program is designed to help you to move your body everyday using basic, fundamental, human movements. Using nothing but your body and a stopwatch.

The program starts with a fitness test to give you a ‘baseline’ result to re-test, and measure your progress at the end of 10 weeks.

There are 3 types of sessions in the program including, Walk/Run sessions, Bodyweight Exercise sessions, and Core sessions.

All sessions are under 30 minutes for the entire 10 weeks. The reason for this is so you can plan your days knowing your session will never be longer.

Print off your “10 week planner” and mark off each daily session as you complete it.

Each day has a different workout so you will never get bored.
